With the new field trial season underway, Region 6 would like to remind the field trial clubs to get their Essential Data forms done quickly and to the appropriate people.

All Essential Data Forms need to be sent to the following: AFTCA Secretary (Piper Huffman), The American Field, Region 6 Secretary, and the appropriate Purina Point Contact Person. Essential Data Forms must be submitted within 30 days from completion of the trial to Piper .

AFTCA Secretary- Must be submitted on-line at www.aftca.org If you send Piper a paper copy that has been entered on-line then make sure you write that on the paper copy.
